GED Teacher for Young Adults

GED Plus, a collaborative program of ESAC, Roxbury Youthworks, Inc., and Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses, is seeking a full-time teacher for afternoon and evening classes. GED Plus serves inner city youth, ages 16-21. Responsibilities include preparing students for the GED exam, devising curricula to fit individual student needs, and communicating with students, case workers, and staff. Position requires a passionate interest in our student population and a particular strength in teaching math. A master's degree in education and GED experience preferred.
